Suzanna Eberly
Owner, Yoga Teacher
Suzanna has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. Through her personal journey and time on the mat, she’s come to deeply trust that the benefits of yoga are limitless—and always evolving. In every class, she invites students to arrive just as they are, guiding them to tune in to receive whatever they need in the moment: physically, mentally, or energetically.
Yoga is called a “practice” because it never ends – each day is an opportunity to meet yourself, move through life's experiences, and return to your own sense of strength, clarity & contentment.
Suzanna is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and Level I Reiki practitioner, blending movement, breath, and energy awareness to create a grounded and supportive space for all.

Diana Beck
Pilates + Yoga Teacher
Diana became a certified personal trainer through AFAA in 2005 and has been teaching fitness classes ever since. She has taught Pilates, TRX, cycling, piloga, and circuit training. In 2013 she completed her Yogafit certification and has worked with both individuals as well as sports teams, showing how yoga improves everyday performance and helps prevent injury.
"My main goal is to help each person to understand their body, and build strength to achieve a more balanced self. I've absorbed my many years of teaching and have applied them into an all encompassing yoga class for all body types".

Cathy Blatchly
Yoga Teacher
Cathy is a licensed Physical Therapist, and completed her RYT200 with Summers School of Yin Yoga. She is also certified in WHOGA (Wholistic Opportunity for Gentle Activity).
Cathy has a passion for helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals without pain or strain.
In class you can expect a focus on intention, breath, safe biomechanical alignment, joint protection, and posture modification.

Chelsea Cloeter
Yoga Teacher
Chelsea holds a 500-hour yoga teacher certification, and is certified in Reiki I & II. Chelsea is drawn to the flow of energy within and between beings, and works from a calling to witness and facilitate transformation. Her practice creates an environment in which you can release what doesn’t serve you and reveal your strong, peaceful, fluid self. Flexibility can be learned and practiced, and strength can be built in the mind and body together.
Chelsea relishes being present as her clients unfold toward balance, harmony, and a deep sense of wellness.

Angie Corogin
Yoga Teacher
Angie is a registered yoga teacher (ERYT200 & RYT500). She teaches yin and vinyasa styles of yoga and loves to blend them for a very balancing and revitalizing practice. Angie is also certified through Brown University as a level I Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher.
Angie's teaching focuses on cultivating kindness towards our ever-changing human experience and this helps uncover our own innate wisdom.

Caroline Dickinson
Sound Baths, Yoga Teacher
Introduced to Yoga by her mother as a child, Caroline has been practicing a multitude of Yoga & meditation for the past 18 years. She obtained her RYT 200hr certification in Hatha Yoga in 2006 & completed an Advanced Teacher Training in 2008 in India’s oldest Yoga institute, Kaivalydhama.
Caroline is also a Reiki Master, Pranic Healer & Mindfulness Meditation Instructor.

Abigail Duncan
Yoga Teacher
An RYT 200 yoga teacher, Abigail has an affinity for combining the science and philosophies of yoga into her asana classes. Raised in the traditions of Chinese Medicine, Abigail has embraced a holistic lifestyle since childhood. As a farmer, gardener and certified Herbologist, she is crafting her own community space and Homestead, Wishing Willow Farm. As the co-founder of Boundless and a certified Life Coach, Abigail has vast experience weaving intention with her words in support of her community.

Amanda McGuire Rzicznek
Yoga Teacher
With a broken heart at age 19, Amanda practiced her first downward dog. Since then, yoga has guided her inner compass. Experienced and trained in Hatha and Iyengar-style yoga, Amanda McGuire Rzicznek earned her RYT-200 in 2013 and is a certified Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga as well as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Inspired by poetry, cooking, and music, Amanda enthusiastically approaches teaching yoga with an open heart, acute awareness of alignment, and a sense of humor, which are evident in her teaching style.
Amanda believes yoga is adaptable for all bodies. She invites yoga students to connect their practice with their breath to help them find peace, joy, and strength they can carry off their mats into their daily lives.

Marianne Nichols
Yoga Teacher
Marianne is a yoga practitioner of 10 years and became a certified yoga teacher in February of 2013. She is currently pursuing her RYT200 through YogaFit. She found yoga in 2003 while looking for a workout to complement triathlon training but soon realized yoga to be so much more than just an amazing total body workout. She enjoys all forms of yoga but is drawn to the flow of vinyasa in her own practice and the classes she teaches.
She hopes to guide all students through postures to help the body find strength, flexibility, and balance while unlocking these characteristics in the mind and spirit.

Sarah Smith
Yoga Teacher
Sarah is a 300hr CYT in Hatha yoga, and has been teaching yoga for 10 years. She is currently working on her Chair and Restorative certificates. Sarah started practicing yoga in 2006 to help with back pain and anxiety/depression, and now teaches to help others with their pain management and physical/emotional preservation. Sarah teaches body positive yoga which celebrates the fact that every body is a yoga body. She believes that with the multitude of pose options, the practice should be completely accessible to all.
Her intention is to provide a safe and comforting space to those looking for relief.

DeeDee Wentland
Zumba Teacher
DeeDee earned her Zumba Instructor certification and became an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor in 2014. She continues to expand her training and teaching skills through continuing education.
Her teaching philosophy is “Fitness should be fun!” She combines high energy, a non-stop smile, and music from all over the world in her Zumba classes to create a fun-filled fitness party.
Her class is suitable for people of all fitness and dance levels.

Nikki Wright
Fascial Release Educator & LMT
Nikki Wright is a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Blue Lotus Myofascial Release. She specializes in helping people who have chronic and/or unexplained pain return to a more active lifestyle by utilizing the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach™.
In addition to her 1:1 treatments, she has adapted her practice into a group format, offering classes and workshops to introduce participants to the human fascial system and how to implement self-treatment techniques to reduce pain and tension.
