CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a wonderful way to build flexibility and strength in all areas of the body. This practice keeps you mobile and agile, and it relieves arthritis, digestive and respiratory issues, and symptoms of chronic illness. Chair yoga is accessible and adaptable—but lest you think this class is only for people who aren’t comfortable getting down on the floor, take note: we work into all kinds of muscles and joints, and attend to some areas the mat practice doesn’t always serve, like hands, feet, and neck. Come out and try this chair yoga, and feel the benefits for yourself!
Yoga Basics
This is a basic Hatha yoga class. It is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath and movement while focusing on alignment.
