Gathering Within: a Ceremony of Cacao + Sound
with Caroline Dickinson
WHEN: Saturday, November 1st from 6:30-8pm
As autumn deepens, nature invites us to slow down, soften, and turn inward.
Drinking cacao opens the heart and supports this natural rhythm - helping you connect with your inner world and listen to the quiet wisdom within.
Join Caroline for a heart-centered evening of reflection and renewal. Together, we’ll move through guided journaling to illuminate what’s ready to be released, meditation to ground and center your being, breathwork to create spaciousness within, and a sound bath to bring harmony to your heart’s rhythm.
This sacred ceremony offers a space to pause, feel, and realign - opening to gratitude, clarity, and peace as we enter the stillness of the season. Come as you are, and leave feeling centered, open, and deeply connected to yourself.

Yin Yoga for Deep Rest
Pop-up class with Cathy Blatchly
WHEN: Friday, December 12th from 6-7pm
The transition from Autumn into Winter embodies the qualities of Yin: cold, dark, and quiet. Embracing the opportunity to slow down and find rest helps us to balance the busyness of our daily lives and calm our central nervous system.
Yin yoga focuses on long held floor postures that alternately compress and release deep connective tissues improving hydration and elasticity. This class will also focus on postures that promote the flow of energy (Qi) with a focus on the the kidney/bladder, spleen/stomach, and heart/small intestine meridians.
Restorative yoga involves supporting the body in postures that promote rest and relaxation -- options for restorative postures will be included. We will focus on pranayama (breathing techniques) that promotes relaxation and the practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
You can expect to leave class feeling relaxed and rested with tools to promote deep rest at home.
