Yoga means unity, or the integration of all parts of the Self – body, mind & spirit – through physical postures, breathing techniques, and mental focus.

The benefits of yoga are vast - from stress reduction to improved strength, balance & flexibility,  relaxation & better sleep, deeper sense of connection, and many (many) more.  Since 2011 we have been sharing this ancient practice with our community, through a variety of on-going classes & events.

Yoga is for all people, all bodies, and all ages - we make yoga accessible to all. 

In each class, our humble and experienced teachers will mindfully guide you through a nourishing practice that allows you to work at your own pace - without competition, judgement or expectations.
